Shiue-Neng Liao

Mr. LIAO joined the DEEP & FAR in Sep. 2010. The Main parts of his job are the applications of patents and trademarks, and the contact window between the Authorities and the customers. If the customers have any problems about the law or procedures, he will give them useful and solid suggestions.

Working Experience

Mr. Liao worked in Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property of National Cheng Chi University for one year before joining DEEP & FAR. He was responsible for executing the government’s plan, doing the research projects about Intellectual Property, and being a TA of one class which gives lessons by a Judge of Intellectual Property Court. Besides, Mr. Liao used to work in the Legislative Yuan of Republic of China for one year. There he was in charge of collecting and preparing the data about the proposed laws, or solving the electors' problems. Mr. Liao did the Alternative Military Service for one year and ten months. Totally, his working experience in the public area is about four to five years.

Education

In 2008, Mr. Liao got a Master of Law from the National Tsing Hua University. In addition to the master degree, his undergraduate degree is Business Administrative which he got from the National Cheng Chi University. Mr. Liao excels at the Administrative Law, the Corporate Law, and the Copyright Law. However, his interest is the multi-subject conformity between the Business and the Law.
