Arthur Chou
I have been an IC designer of LCD Driver, and a
graduate of associate professor in NTUST (Nation Taiwan University of Science
and Technology), who is also a patent examiner of IP station in Ministry of
Economic Affairs since June 2006.
I got my bachelor's degree
of electrical engineering on June 1997.During my R & D career, I have been
an IC designer of STN LCD driver, and a hardware engineer of IP camera &
DSC. Due to my interests in the IP
matters, I step into this occupation of patent engineer. With enthusiastic
& professional quality services, I would like to devote myself to the
competent of prosecution and respectable patent attorney in exploiting and
protecting the intellectual property. at least in the IC field.
