Rong-Fu Chen

Dr. Rong Fu Chen who majored in pharmaceutics, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy¡Ketc., graduated from Institute of Pharmacology, School of Medicine, National Yang Ming University in 2005.

Having well trained with the examination skills in judging criteria for an innovation whether to grant a patent or not, or in pondering the three patentable requirements: novelty, non-obviousness and utility, he had worked in the Bureau of Central Standard of the Economic Affairs, which is now called Intellectual Property Office, as a patent examiner in the medicine & chemistry group in the period of 1989~1992.

There are four members in his family. Most of them work in service industries. The atmosphere of his family is harmonious and happy.
